Vendor fees help us cover the costs that make Funky Fresh 4th Fridays possible, including our DJ, professional event photographer, and venue expenses all while keeping karaoke FREE for everyone to enjoy!
We also believe in putting your vendor fees back into the community. Every vendor fee helps plant 2 trees in Kenya, while the rest goes directly back into the event through marketing, decor, and creating a fun, welcoming experience for both vendors and attendees.
And because we want you to have content you can actually use for your own business and other events, all vendors receive professional photos from the event after each event!

At this time, unless otherwise specified, vendor fees are:

A Food or drink vendor will be actively making food on site, requiring fire extinguisher and fireproof tent. They receive a 10×10 outdoor space and there are only 5 slots available. Examples include: Tacos, Hot Dogs, Coffee stands, etc.
A maker vendor is someone who has created something or is pre-made prior to the event. They are also encouraged to consider providing an interactive element. Examples include: Cookies, Art, Jewelry, Clothing, etc.
-
Food vendors will be placed at the opening of the event in the parking lot outside.
Makers will be inside, covered, where guests will have to walk through vendors in order to get to bartenders or karaoke.

Due to the nature of hiring our DJ and venue, vendor fees are non-refundable. We are rain or shine!
If you can no longer attend, your fee may be transferred to a future market if notice is given at least 7 days before the event, depending on availability.

Nope 💖
To maintain the event experience for guests and support all vendors fairly, early breakdown is not permitted. Use any extra time to network, make content, and get to know your community (or sing)!
All vendors are expected to stay until 10:00 PM unless otherwise agreed upon or emergency.

Welcome to Funky Fresh Fridays!
This is a monthly night market meets karaoke party hosted by Many Mumbling Mice at FlowerFist Market in Sacramento, California. I’m bringing together small businesses, good vibes, yummy food, and main character karaoke moments. I want to see vendors who interact with their community, provide interactive elements at their booth, and wants to participate in small raffles and giveaways from time to time.
Please fill out this application to be considered as a vendor. This is a curated event, and spots are limited.
